    Pros

Flexible schedule, stability, diverse working locations, wide variety of jobs, great experience.

    Cons

Office politics, negative “old skool” employees, voluntold duties and additional job functions, civil service, you get what you get.

    Advice to Management

Open your mind, millennials have great ideas and help diversify the workplace. It’s ok to telework/telecommute, flexible work schedules, and run with new ideas. Getting shut down because it’s not the norm is so closed minded. If you want happy customers treat your employees right and create a fun and proactive work space.
