The management isn't the best they allow you to be repeatedly insulted and take no steps to remedy the situation. There is a lot of nepotism in this company at least there was in the department I worked.

Have to take bathroom break out of your Lunch and scheduled break. Its hard to get supervisors to take irate calls. Upper management does nothing about the problem. Air Quality in the department sucks
