Pros

Cons
- too many people coasting, waiting for retirement - upper management was closed to innovative ideas

Good work environment, perks and culture.
Cons
In such a large organization it can be difficult to be heard by upper management.

Pros
Great Benefits . Customer Relations Management sucks
Cons
Have to take bathroom break out of your Lunch and scheduled break. Its hard to get supervisors to take irate calls. Upper management does nothing about the problem. Air Quality in the department sucks
