    Pros

    enjoyed the challenge of pushing the idea of public transportation to a community of car lovers

    Cons

    - too many people coasting, waiting for retirement - upper management was closed to innovative ideas

    Great Benefits . Customer Relations Management sucks

    Cons

    Have to take bathroom break out of your Lunch and scheduled break. Its hard to get supervisors to take irate calls. Upper management does nothing about the problem. Air Quality in the department sucks
