    The job is rewarding. To see people we serve make progress. Challenging but not typical day to day boring schedule.

    Cons

    Salary. Fulfill many tasks in one day's of work. Staff is not provided with necessary items to fulfill job. Utilize cell phone daily and do not receive stipends.

    Advice to Management

    There are managers from some departments that speak up on behalf for their staff. Others do not.
