    work environment is good. Flexible hours. Benefits we just got some if you were a 6 hours TA

    Summers off and all holidays not paid.

    frustrated district employees, chasing administrators, some schools failing beyond belief...district may simply be too large and poorly managed financially.

    Teaching is great, and the children are usually receptive.

    Too political. All you need is a bad principal, or one that doesn't like you to make the job an unhappy one.
