I worked at Los Angeles USD full-time

    Pros

This place is too big, I can't think of a general set of "pros" that would be useful to read.

    Cons

As with any large organization, bureaucracy.

    Advice to Management

Once again, this is far too general of a question.

I have been working at Los Angeles USD full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Some schools support their teachers and students in a tangible way. If you happen to have interest in their need areas, especially special Ed. you may find a good fit.

    Cons

In general LAUSD is avoiding fixing the areas they most need to, in order to address the current climate in education. The continuing cuts to any program that doesn't fit the English and Math first agenda, in addition to attempting to push down critical counselling activities into the job of classroom teachers means that they will only continue to decline as other schools pop up and provide a better environment for students.

    Advice to Management

    See above.
