I worked at Los Angeles for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good starting pay, good benefits, the worker bees are solid people, get to see all of LA from a different perspective.

    Cons

This is a place to die, not to progress, mediocrity rewarded and exceptionalism punishes. Dead end job, if you want to make good money and learn something, go to private.

    Advice to Management

Give a damn about the group your managing.
