An excellent working environment where the school makes you feel a part of the team, working with children will give you the satisfaction of contributing to the next generation. I would recommend this job to recent college students looking for a great transitional job where they will get some experience.
Cons
The only con that the job presents is the onboarding process, it will take a large amount of time to get through the background checks that are necessary to be on the job.

Low pay for the amount of time needed to complete all taks. No respect.

Job and daily tasks subject to whims of the state, school board, parents, and administration. Difficult to take days off even though you get them.
