    Pros

    OK pay and benefits. Ok tech.

    Cons

    Poor management, see's employee's as objects to use and throw out when they are done with you. Open office, no privacy, other employee's stick their nose in where it is not needed and they don't know what is going on. Very clicky, just like high school. Pay raise's and bonus's decided by a group in France. All you are is a number to them.

    Advice to Management

    Get out of your offices and that a look at what is really going on in the office.

    I worked at Louis Dreyfus full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Good Insurance, decent pay earnings

    Cons

    Not proffesionally managed, from local level. At my particular facility it was mis-managed, Worked in a very loose unprofessional, sometimes hostile, work environment. Opem your mouth and foreman are very vindictive. Work long 16hr shifts alot, and still will try to dog you.

    Advice to Management

    Need to hire qualified managment, at least with some type of degree, and not straight off the street with no industry experience.

    I have been working at Louis Dreyfus full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Société très intéressantes pour les jeunes en plein début de leur carrière car très formatrice.
    Formations "On the job" très valorisantes apportant une belle expérience sur le CV.

    Belle prestation assurance maladie qui couvre l'employé et sa famille - rare à Genève.

    Cons

    Beaucoup trop de changements structurels, changements de management. Clairement pas une structure qui fidélise ses employés.

    Management désolidarisé et instable qui de manière très claire ne pense qu'aux intérêts individuels et pas à ceux de l'entreprise.

    Advice to Management

    Respectez et considérez vos employés comme des valeurs humaines et non pas comme des pions.
    Considérez ensemble le Know-how également lors des mouvements internes, pas simplement l'aspect compétence technique.
