Great medical plan $20/mo single and 4-5 weeks vacation days or year. People create their own good work environment. They try to get better at involving people.
Too many owner shift. Gets sold every four years. Little chance of advancement and next to none salary increases. A little disconnected management as to employee needs but getting better.
Advice to Management
If you want people to run faster make sure there are opportunities or benefits in relation to it. Selling so often leaves a bad mark internally that you don't really pay attention too.
