    Pros

The people here really care about what they do and it shows. The separate departments act like small families, complete with favorite cousins from other departments. I really enjoyed my time working at the CVB.

    Cons

Just like any family dynamic, it leaves some room for internal spats. It is an emotionally charged environment which can sometime impede progress.

    Pros

I had a good experience overall. Coworkers were very nice.

    Cons

Company was not too diverse. Many of the people there worked there for years together so it was difficult to break through some of the cliques.
