The people here really care about what they do and it shows. The separate departments act like small families, complete with favorite cousins from other departments. I really enjoyed my time working at the CVB.
Cons
Just like any family dynamic, it leaves some room for internal spats. It is an emotionally charged environment which can sometime impede progress.

Friendly atmosphere. I was welcomed from day one, and felt appreciated every day. Learned a lot from my managers, and they were willing to take the time to teach me new things.
