    Pros

Lourdes truly values their employees. The benefits, vacation package and employee perks are very generous. There are some amazing employees that have been with Lourdes for many years. These people are the backbone of the organization and help keep the culture and mission alive and well.

    Cons

There needs to be some progression towards a more Gen X friendly work place. Technology outside of the hospital itself is outdated and up until a few years ago, associates could not even access their email outside of the office. We live in a digital age where people need to be able to access and respond to requests outside of the office. Have enough trust in your non-clinical associates to let them work remotely at times if needed.

    Advice to Management

Lourdes needs to integrate some younger members of the employee base into their management/leadership teams. The management means well, but were all of the same general age population/generational audience. I think there is much to be learned by listening to the up and coming leaders.

I worked at Lourdes Health Network full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

People are wonderful and caring. Diverse group of individuals. Facilities are being upgraded and beautified.

    Cons

More work with less staff. Too many changes in such a short time created a very tense work environment.

I worked at Lourdes Health Network full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Working on the Symphony Team was very satisfying and tried to keep us busy.

    Cons

I had no paid-time off, No paid Holidays. Everything was great until they brought until leadership brought in more supervisors and that left 4 people to do all the work while others sat around and did nothing all day
