LoveToKnow is a Progressive Company that Cares About its Employees

    Pros

Many companies say they care, but LTK really puts action into those words. With excellent leadership support, progressive HR policies, and the integration of teams from around the world, LTK is on the leading edge of how companies should function today.

    Cons

This is not a con--but be aware. At LTK, you are autonomous and trusted and therefore, you should be ready to be responsible to get the job done with very little oversight.

    Great company for long-term work!

    Jul 27, 2021 - Editor

    Business Outlook

    Pros

Working at Love To Know Media is a great experience. Even though the North American operations are fully remote, I've never felt so connected to colleagues within a company. I really like the efforts made to keep employees connected with others in the company in similar positions. This leads to a great culture and professional growth. The flexible schedule is also a life-saver. I've never maintained a better work-life balance! There is also plenty of room for growth within the company, which results in a highly-motivated team. Finally, the managers within the company are leaders and not bosses. There is no micro-managing, just a support system to help you succeed in your position.

    Cons

There are not always enough resources to address every opportunity as quickly as you would like, which means some opportunities for success cannot be immediately prioritized.
