I have been working at Lowe Lintas (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Lowe lintas creates a flexible work environment where staff can function effectively. Paying staff on time monthly is also a factor that has kept a lot of staff members with the company.

    Cons

Not paying end of year bonus last year without explanation caused deep disappointment and dissatisfaction among staff members. Alot of people resigned. Promotion takes forever in this place! How long does a person have to work to be promoted? also, management has the habit of not communicating relevant information to staff members.

    Advice to Management

Management should work on the promotion and employee reward policy. every one who works hard will work harder when properly acknowledged and rewarded. Also, please pay end of year bonuses and find it in your heart to explain to staff members if you cannot for any reason. Please communicate and let staff know what is going on within the company. internal communication is relevant
