    Positive Outlook

I worked at Lowe & Partners Worldwide full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Lowe as the biggest advertising agency in Indonesia is a melting pot of the best people in the industry. Therefore if you were looking for a great mentor, this is the place to be. Plus, they have great remuneration program, bonus and company outing. I went to Vienna and Prague in my first year.

    Cons

Bunch of great people in one place. You might expect a pretty "exciting" office politics. But if you still in entry level, you won't feel a thing.

    Advice to Management

Great work in talent scouting. Keep bringing good brain. However, you guys want to consider keeping Lowe talent diverse (coming from multiple background)

It is part of a huge network and having the opportunity to work with many nationalities.
    Exposure to Global/Regional brands.

    Cons

    The compensation/benefits are quite poor.
Recognition of your progression is slower than usual.
    Extremely high turnover rate.

    Advice to Management

Much needed recognition and encouragement is required to retain staff.

    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Lowe & Partners Worldwide full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The salaries are not terrible, and if you are good at politics you will get ahead fast. Its a very political place with little value on creativity. Yet there is some very talented people working there, who for some reason stay there.

    Cons

. Its a very political place with little value on creativity. There is some decent clients sometimes, but most of the clients are old fashioned. Account people run this place, especially the ones who have been there for 20 years, and are afraid to do anything new or innovative because they are afriad of loosing their job and their pension.
People are stuck in 80's mentality.

    Advice to Management

Bring in new blood, as far as management. The office culture is terrible, look at what other places are doing to create more pride in working there. The whole place looks like a bank, and that is after the offices were remodeled, (it used to look like an inner city welfare office.)
