    Pros

    Management is straight forward and the work is not hard.

    Cons

    The company has decided to eliminate full-time positions creating a more stressful work environment. Also since the restructuring employees on the lower end of the spectrum have been given responsibilities that are not within the job description for which they were hired.

    Advice to Management

    Management has been dealt a losing hand and from my point of view they are doing what they deem is necessary to keep the store running. Although management needs to recognize that simply increasing employees hours and burning out workers will not replace the employees lost over the past year.

    Sometimes the wrong people get promoted.

    Rotating schedule was tough getting used to.

    Co-workers are great, no micro management, good hours, decent pay

    Cons

    Management allows some shady things to happen. Have to kiss butt to move up any.

    Courteous and conscientious. Very understanding and communicative. Benefits for daaaays

    Cons

    Difficult to move up. Does not promote from within. Raise system consistent but unyielding. Talents and experience completely ignored. Plays favorites.

    Promote from within. Consider outside experience or drive to move ahead.

    One of the best places I have ever worked. I enjoy interaction with the public and most of the other associates are very nice to work with.

    Cons

    Sometimes the staffing is short.

    Good direct manager. Benefits Ok, but not great. Employee Discount nice.

    Cons

    Low pay for area, even in retail. Does not give credit for experience or training in pay scale. Interview process sucks.
