    I worked at Lowe's full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I really liked working at Lowe's in Norwich, NY. I was a seasonal employee in the Outside Lawn & Garden department. I was treated well, the store manager was smart and easy to work with, and made nice supplemental income for the summer. Some of my co-workers were given promotional opportunities.

    Cons

None that I can think of. Some people complained about pay, but I believe if you are worth more a company will pay you more.

    Advice to Management

    None

I worked at Lowe's (Less than a year)

    Pros

No experience required, fellow co-workers were very nice to work with.

    Cons

The hours were all over the place, often would only get one weekend off per month. There were more than enough employees to split up work schedules so that employees could at the very least work every other weekend in my opinion.

    Advice to Management

    Work on the scheduling
