    Pros

Salery and you can work in any state.

    Cons

Work life balance is poor, if your VPSO is a poor leader its rough, company has changed and once was amazing. Its less family like and more automated. Same grind with little inspiration.

    Advice to Management

Ensure your VPSO live the company values and give your stores the autonomy to make needed changes. One box does not fit all.

    I have been working at Lowe's part-time

    Pros

    I have nothing to say

    Cons

I left a job to come to Lowes and I told them what hours I could work. And they said my job
description was the same and the hours would be the same. They changed everything after
I signed the acceptance. I was so depressed that I quit a job thinking Lowes would be better.
I could not get my job back and I could not get unemployment. Felt very mislead. And this was the second time this had happened to me at Lowes. Never would I work for them. My job was supposed to be 9-6pm They had me coming in at 6 in the morning. I could not do it. I told them
I was not happy. They said we want you in the position we want. End of Story.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees. Maybe this is why you have a 40% turnover.

    Advice to Management

get back to what the store hired when they first opened, competent and well trained employees.
