    I have been working at Lowe's full-time

    Pros

Company on the rise with good benefits and fun atmosphere

    Cons

Changing dynamics to better suit corporate needs while taking away from store employees. Store locations are closed only two days a year with all employees having to work the day after thanksgiving.

    Advice to Management

Centralizing departments and outsourcing has proven to be unsuccessful in the past. It drove customers and good employees away and it looks to be moving in that direction again.

I have been working at Lowe's full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Good benefits, flexible work schedule

    Cons

Extremely poor upper management, they function as cheerleaders rather than actually help when needed. Tech is so far out of date it is ridiculous. Sales process is slow and cumbersome.

    Advice to Management

Please do some time on the ground instead of making decisions based off of information acquired from spread sheets with data that is incomplete at best.

Former Employee - Customer Service Associate

I worked at Lowe's part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Most management works with your schedule. They have good benefits and ways to move up. Pretty laid back and you get major holidays off.

    Cons

Most of the time you’re overseeing different departments even if you know nothing about it . Some associates don’t carry their load. Sometimes the managers can be lazy. But I loved my service manager Tonya.
