Low pay, little room for serious advancement, near constant changes in guidelines and strategies.

      Advice to Management

You do need a new tactic but that doesn't mean try a new one out every 5 weeks.

I have been working at Lowes Foods part-time for more than 5 years

      Pros

They will work around your schedule and are very friendly for the most part. Management typically does not micromanage and gives some freedom.

      Cons

Some managers do not know what they are doing and misaligned goals from that of the company. Raises have also been reduced to 2.5% per a year and getting full time positions that are not management are very uncommon.

      Advice to Management

Pay employees what they are worth and stop keeping wages so low because this results in high turnover and an inexperienced workforce. Also allow employees to become full time more often after being with the company for so long.
