Decent pay. The long time staff really wants to do a great job. There are SOME good people there.

    Cons

Leadership , training (or lack thereof). Leaders do not lead

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to what your long time employees are telling you. Stop allowing the " bad seeds" to run your good employees off. Hold people accountable, EVEN if they're management. Stop saying the pretty words if you arent going to back them up.
