All the employees are so passionate about the care and conservation of the animals. Lends to a great day at work each day!

In the summer it gets really hot working outside, but management makes sure staff get breaks and lots of water.

Management would not listen to concerns or complaints of workers. The pay for both full-time and part-time positions is abysmal considering that they ask for college graduates.

You get to work with great people - and animals :) Employment comes with complimentary membership to zoo, FL aquarium, and MOSI. Can get limited free admission to many FL attractions.
Cons
Pay is not worth the work that is required of you. Long hours in the heat and rain.
