    I have been working at LoyaltyLion full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    - a lot of independence in your work - really sociable - free lunch on Monday - work from home 1 day per week - everyone is collaborative, supportive and encouraging - communication from leaders - no unnecessary blockers

    Cons

    - still building processes, sometimes things can change very quickly - hard for someone new if they aren't used to this level of autonomy and independence

    Advice to Management

    keep the communication re: changes open, and continue to empower teams to succeed

    I have been working at LoyaltyLion full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    LoyaltyLion is growing fast which means there is always an opportunity to try something new and learn. The team is super smart but also friendly, the new office has great perks and there's a really clear structure in terms of where the business is going, and what that means for you as an individual.

    Cons

    As it's technically still a startup, there can be unforseseen changes in direction, but that's not unexpected in a business at this stage and it is handled and communicated well.
