I have been working at Loyola University Maryland part-time

    Pros

Great campus! I enjoy being able to work with students

    Cons

As a part time employee I feel very insignificant. While my job is part time, my role involves a lot of communication and involvement with other departments and I find it difficult to get thorough and consistent communication
