I worked at Lozier (More than a year)

    Pros

Corporate office is run very effectively and has the best intrest of employees at hand.

    Cons

Joplin, MO location has poor treatment of employees by HR and management. Their manufacturing policies allow for scheduling department to over ride and over schedule production daily even if the raw material isn't available to manufacture what they schedule. Leaving shipping unable to ship because the product can't be built. If you have been an employee in the administration of Lozier for 10+ years, at this location, the head is turned the other way when poor manufacturing policies like over scheduling with no raw material to manufacture, despite how badly it hurts not just production, but most of all the customer in the end.
