I have been working at Lucky Brand part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great coworkers, flexible schedule, helping others to feel good, great employee discount

    Cons

The management was going through some changes while I was there so it made scheduling frustrating sometimes.

    Advice to Management

Keep it up. Honestly one of the best jobs I had. I hate that I had to quit but I had to make sure my senior year in college was coming first.

    Pros

Great product, wonderful team, a supportive upper management team, & a fantastic discount.

    Cons

Not enough payroll to get everything done, but that’s retail in general.

    Advice to Management

Keep supporting your teams and providing the tools to keep us moving forward as a brand in this sometimes volatile retail market.

I have been working at Lucky Brand part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

*at my specific location* My boss is super understanding of my school schedule and works with me to make it work; the associate discount is amazing; management cares about their people and works to keep open communication.

    Cons

It's a retail job so the hours can be inconvenient sometimes and at least 1 weekend day is spent at work per week.

    Advice to Management

Reward sales associates that are killing their goals better. The pay is competitive but for the price of the clothing and the amount of work that we are expected to do in terms of selling, there should be a greater reward for associates that are making and exceeding their goals. But, do not make it a commission based environment!
