    Negative Outlook

I worked at Lucky Farms full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Small and family owned company, you know everyone pretty soon, lot of lunch options around the area.

    Cons

You'll have to perform all kind of tasks, including the ones not in your job description, nor related to your job whatsoever. Because of poor financial administration, employees have not seen any raises in more than 8 years. Very poor job safety management.
