I have been working at Lucky's Market full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Decent pay, real freedom to be yourself, lots of opportunities to advance, as well as be a part and to give back to the community, great coworkers and management.

    Cons

Fairly new company, some bugs to be worked out, there can be red tape sometimes.

    Advice to Management

Don't forget to listen to associates on the floor, having experienced a lot of the everyday standard operating procedures, we could offer useful and efficient ideas. Otherwise, I look forward to continuing further with this company.

    I worked at Lucky's Market part-time

    Pros

Friendly and mostly cooperative work environment. 20% discount.

    Cons

Corporate, Kroger. Employees are placed on a point-scale for discipinary means. Those with least points often used for most intensive assignments. Understaffed, overworked, most burn out before being fired for points.

    Advice to Management

Invest in your emploees- they are the ones that represent and operate on a daily basis directly with consumers (and ultimately play a crucial role in Lucky's success).
