I worked at Lularoe part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Meeting some pretty awesome women

    Cons

So many. The business model is garbage. I wanted to sign up under one consultant and she pushed me to another consulant 500 miles away so she could reach the next level of leadership. The company promotes live sales where we are to open the new box of inventory and entice customers to shop the brand new stuff we got. Then when you want to get out of the business they say they won't buy back the clothes unless it is in the original packaging.... but you told me to open the packaging on a live sale because that would bring in more business. Hypocritical and shady and the very least. I am several thousand dollars worth of debt, I have a garage full of clothes, and the company doesn't care. If you aren't making them money you are basically SOL. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend NOT becoming a consultant unless you want to throw your money away.

    Advice to Management

Buy back the clothes from consultants who would like to leave the business. Not only does it give these consultants who made you money peace of mind, it also helps solve the over saturation and going out of business sales that are hurting the sales of the active consultants. Take care of the people who made and are making you money and stuffed your greedy pockets.

    Pros

I ran a successful business from home. I set my own hours and did really well financially

    Cons

The owners are greedy and corrupt. The company is going downhill so fast. They aren’t the same family they were when they first started. It’s all about the $ now, not the people they work with.

    Pros

LulaRoe has ruined my life, my financial situation, my family, my marriage, every single thing from day to day. The GREED that LLR has in unbelievable. Went into debt and re invested 100% and all I’m left with is ugly clothes I can’t give away, high interest credit card, thousands of hours of lost family time, days of lost sleep, all for what?? To make The owners rich while I sit in loads of debt that I will never ever pay off.

    Cons

Their is nothing good about LulaRoe. The owners are greedy people that brag about their wealth as they steal from every single Consultant, it’s disgusting. They make mistake after mistake then cry for forgiveness only to turn around and do the same thing over and over again. Shady people, karma will prevail. That is for sure!

    Advice to Management

LulaRoe was amazing in the beginning, that’s why I became. Consultant, the years of greed and lies have ruined that. They show no remorse or ownership in any mistake made and lie to cover up more lies. I’m being nice here, I won’t say what I really wAnt to say.

    Pros

Easy to get sucked into! A few cute pieces in a huge pile of uglies.

    Cons

Once you quit, your entire team unfriends you. They think you are out to spill their secrets and send you threatening messages. You spend a ton of money to build up an inventory and are told to reinvest 100% for AT LEAST 3 months, if not longer. You are told the more you order, the better the prints you are sent. Everyone in the pyramid is greedy and out to better themselves.

    Advice to Management

Stop praying on women that want to be stay at home moms, are single and encouraging them to take out loans to start this "wonderful opportunity." Also, stop making false promises to consultants and work on quality control of products. Don't make excuses, fess up to the mistakes being your own!
