    I worked at Lularoe full-time

    Pros

Make your own hours, as it is your "own" business.

    Great clothes and friendships.

    Cons

Home Office faces are deceitful- you never feel like they are telling you the truth.

Number of consultants completely oversaturated the market.

Very hard work and long hours, along with a loyal customer base will not guarantee the money if you do not have a large team of people underneath you.

Difficult to maintain a normal work/life balance.

    Advice to Management

Be truthful. Own up to your mistakes and don't lead consultants on.
