    Pros

There are no pros to this position

    Cons

Thousands of dollars in debt you have to pay off, Don't make any money, at the companys peak my net profit was $400 a month with roughly 8 pop-ups a month working 60ish hours. Can make more at Mcdonalds!

I worked at Lularoe full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Easy to get sucked into! A few cute pieces in a huge pile of uglies.

    Cons

Once you quit, your entire team unfriends you. They think you are out to spill their secrets and send you threatening messages. You spend a ton of money to build up an inventory and are told to reinvest 100% for AT LEAST 3 months, if not longer. You are told the more you order, the better the prints you are sent. Everyone in the pyramid is greedy and out to better themselves.

    Advice to Management

Stop praying on women that want to be stay at home moms, are single and encouraging them to take out loans to start this "wonderful opportunity." Also, stop making false promises to consultants and work on quality control of products. Don't make excuses, fess up to the mistakes being your own!

    Pros

None. Honestly, stay away. Nothing good will come of it.

    Cons

Cult-like mentality with a twisted way of making you doubt yourself while sucking you dry financially, mentally, and physically. I would give it zeros stars (all around) if it was possible.

    Pros

LulaRoe has ruined my life, my financial situation, my family, my marriage, every single thing from day to day. The GREED that LLR has in unbelievable. Went into debt and re invested 100% and all I’m left with is ugly clothes I can’t give away, high interest credit card, thousands of hours of lost family time, days of lost sleep, all for what?? To make The owners rich while I sit in loads of debt that I will never ever pay off.

    Cons

Their is nothing good about LulaRoe. The owners are greedy people that brag about their wealth as they steal from every single Consultant, it’s disgusting. They make mistake after mistake then cry for forgiveness only to turn around and do the same thing over and over again. Shady people, karma will prevail. That is for sure!

    Advice to Management

LulaRoe was amazing in the beginning, that’s why I became. Consultant, the years of greed and lies have ruined that. They show no remorse or ownership in any mistake made and lie to cover up more lies. I’m being nice here, I won’t say what I really wAnt to say.

I worked at Lularoe part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

None a lot of work for no return

    Cons

The investment required is unreal. You have to put out a lot of money and time. When you aren’t able to sell the company’s advice is to order more.

    Advice to Management

If you want to help consultants make a better quality of clothing. I can buy the same quality at a much lower price at Old Navy and even WalMart.

I worked at Lularoe part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Making your own hours. Flexible work schedule.

    Cons

The market was so oversaturated with consultants that after our initial launch parties selling to friends and family it was nearly impossible to move our inventory. My partner and I put in a lot of work and did not even come close to breaking even. I am glad that we sold our inventory at discounted prices instead of sending it back to Lularoe and waiting for months to maybe get a refund. This company is shady as hell. Stay away,

    Advice to Management

Stop being so greedy. No wonder you have so many lawsuits. I wouldn't be surprised if you go bankrupt soon.
