    I worked at Lumeris full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Ability to work from home, casual dress, very flexible hours

    Cons

    Management is abysmal, no communication, unequal pay, no growth opportunities, favoritism is apparent, unaware of how unhappy their employees are

    Pros

    Good standard benefits (medical/dental/vision/long & short term leave). Many additional benefits and programs offered by the company. Company holds what they call an "All Hands On" meeting once a quarter that is mandatory for all employees to attend. The All Hands On meeting is held to keep employees up-to-date on all the inner business details of the company not typically shared by most employers.

    Cons

    Management basis promotion decision making based upon "office politics", minority status, and "popularity" among management staff regardless of the individual's knowledge of their position and skill level. Promotions are not based upon skill and knowledge. Management staff provides repercussion to employees who speak to HR for other reasons not related to their benefits and payroll. Management staff will set an employee up for failure to have a "valid" reason to terminate unfavored employees when unable to terminate for performance, attendance, or behavioral problems. HR only follows company policies when it favors managements goals.
