I worked at Lumeris full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Enjoyed working with many of the smart people there.

    Cons

Riddle me this, how do you go from a top performer in 2015, Spirit of the Eagle recipient 1st qtr 2016, survive the May slaughter which reduced our PM staff from 7 down to 2 and in the following months implement programs that in previous years was complimented with continuous issues. However for this round we did not encounter those problems and we completed early with satisfied clients. So here is the confusing part, review time I am labeled a SUB PAR PERFORMER. LOL None of this ever came up in my reviews(1 on 1's) so it leads me to believe this information was a LIE and fabricated in an effort to remove that last of the PM's that were hired in under the previous director who was also fired. Middle management has no spine and executive leadership can't handle the truth. Put on your big boy pants and grow up and listen once in a while.

I have been working at Lumeris full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

A lot of smart people have worked here and a few still do. I remain hopeful that HR will wake up and realize who really needs to go.

    Cons

Weak managers can't retain the smart one's because they don't support their employees. Bully managers terminate anyone they feel threatened by. Too many smart people have been terminated by the bully managers and HR allows this to happen.
