I worked at Lund International full-time

    Pros

Part discounts especially if you have a jeep or truck. The higher end bushwacker products and tonneau covers are nice and I think the discount was around 60-70% although what a pain in the but to order through HR

    Cons

Where to start? Leadership that does not know how to lead or inspire from the CEO to the COO - they decided to make FTE's come in 3-4 weekends in a row to do 5S and clean up work. Why not have hourly workers do this?? Had 3 fires while I was working there Hourly pay was like $8 so every week you had 5 people quit 5 people onboard - inconsistent training and workforce led to severe issues with product quality Super silo'ed work groups with the Vietamese leadership, shipping department, operations, manufacturing Dirty breakroom and restroom facilities - overcrowded Hardly any fans on the floor - summer time the temperature would get to 110-120 degrees on the floor with all those ovens Probably the worse 401k package I've seen something like give 4% get 1% and long vesting period Vacation days was 2 weeks I believe If you traveled for work it was meal allowance was laughable... $9 for lunch and $12 for dinner
