I have been working at Lundquist Consulting full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good location, and free lunch on Tuesdays.

    Cons

Everything else which includes work pressure and the main is salary.

    Negative Outlook

    Pros

No reason to work here just go somewhere else.

    Cons

Stay away from family for long hours without extra pay. Company wants you to work at least 12 hours a day then you will qualify for bonus no matter how smart work you are doing compared to other employees.

    Advice to Management

Check the median salary in the area you are paying less than 50% of it.

I have been working at Lundquist Consulting full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Free parking Available
Free Shuttle to Airport at the hotel across the street
     Free lunch once a week
     Friendly workers
Company would sponsor H-1 visa for right candidates
Nice Christmas gift and good Christmas party
     Quarterly bonus
     Free Giant tickets at times
Free coffee, coco, soda at pantry

    Cons

Minimum 10-12 work hours a day
Monthly salary; no compensation for overtime
Employers and managers take employees for granted
Many staff are required to work at night/mid night/weekends
No HR - employees are not protected: no one keep tracks on vacation balance; staff call you on sick day and vacation
    Managers/directors have low EQ; they do not know what they want and do not give clear communication and expectation;
Employees are required to take multiple projects with impossible deadlines; even you tell them if it is impossible. You are expected to work day and night non stop to complete your projects on time.
Poor training for staff; they expect you to know your job on day 1
Super competitive environment; bad atmosphere; no team work
    No career advancement
They hire people who know so and so; such as manager's husband or wife; staff's cousin etc.
    No Appreciation for hardworking staff

    Advice to Management

    Be realistic on deadlines.
Don't violate the laws. A full time employer supposes to work 40 hours a week not 55 or 65.
Don't staff when they are sick; staff are not supposed to be on call 24/7/365.
    Be nice to your staff.
The upper management needs better EQ and interpersonal skills.
Give better compensation for staff; otherwise they all would leave the company eventually.

I worked at Lundquist Consulting full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Only good thing is about the location. Location is good very close to airport and has some nice views of the ocean. Covered parking lot in basement.Do not expect personal growth intellectually or otherwise. Spend time to look for another job rather than working here.

    Cons

Company wants you to work 12 hours a day minimum without any overtime/compensation days. You don't have your personal life here. If you don't work 60-70 hours a week, you won't get bonus. Salary is very low as compared to market rate around 60K. Don't expect much from them.

    Advice to Management

    Get realistic

I have been working at Lundquist Consulting full-time

    Pros

If you're an intelligent and smart person, you'll thrive here, else you'll struggle keeping up with others. You get to try different roles and are not limited by your title. Get to work on different types of projects. Great location.

    Cons

Commute based on your location. Processes need to continuously be evaluated as the business grows.

    Advice to Management

There has been some good work in the past year of focusing and growing employees and the business. More time allocated for R&D activities.

    Pros

Convenient location. Good for someone just out of school and looking for some work experience.

    Cons

Salary on the lower side, poor management, uncomfortable working environment (management guys sometimes standing behind watching you work and everyone were not relaxed). Fancy gifts and parties could not make up long work hours, micromanagement, and poor salaries.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees with dignity and send people to management training classes before making them managers.

    "Go somewhere else."

    Pros

No reason to work here. Wasting of time. Spend time to look for another job rather than working here. Only good thing is about the location. Location is good very close to airport and ocean. Covered parking lot in basement.

    Cons

No balance in life. Company wants you to work 10-12 hours a day minimum. You don't have your personal life here. If you don't work 60-70 hours a week, you won't get bonus. If you put these many hours, still maximum bonus you will get is 5% of your salary. Salary it self is very low as compared to market rate. Starting salary may be 36K - 40K but don't expect much from them. They have stared quarterly bonus system which come in your hand just few hundred dollars (around $500) after putting these many hours. Company rules and benefits are totally different then what you can see in company handbook. Title for you job is totally different then what you are doing there.

    Advice to Management

Good to pay competitive salary and bonus. Everyone works for money if you are not going to pay some other will get that talent.
