I have been working at Lupin full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Fantastic team spirit, multiple perks (downtown parking, summer hours, catered food), relaxed management, good pay, yearly bonuses and raises depending on how the company does and your performance. Various opportunities to excel for additional pay and/or accolades.

    Cons

Certain divisions seem happier than others. Different cultures in each section of the business. Getting larger quickly, need to catch up on some things that were missed between being a small company and a large company.

    Advice to Management

Best place I've ever worked. I could complain, but why? Overall, anything I could say would feel like looking a gift horse in the mouth.

I worked at Lupin full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good place to work because of coworkers...
Good benefits and lower than median pay.

    Cons

    Address pay disparities.

The President is know hold a grudge, be dishonest, insecure, and vindictive. When you stands up to him, he will plot his revenge and get back at you by any means necessary to include but not limited to lies, skewing facts, and or withholding information all together.

    Advice to Management

The CEO should take her head out the sand and replace the President. Baltimore executive leadership needs an overhaul to realign the corporate values.

HR needs to better address issues brought to them by employees and use more discretion in confidential matters. Personal and personnel matter should NOT be gossip fodder.
