    Pros

Great work culture. Family vibe. They care about their employees and show that in multiple ways throughout the year. Parking lot. Access to downtown.

    Cons

Long work hours dependent on position but that is the case in public accounting. No other cons.

I worked at Lurie full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Some really talent and smart staff members.

    Cons

Micromanaging of professionals and lack of strategic vision. The firm overall seems to be self serving to the "rainmakers" instead of their clients and staff members.

    Advice to Management

    Actions speak louder than words!

I worked at Lurie (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great people and fun place to work. Youre there for long days so its important to like where and who you work with.

    Cons

Certain clients have a lot of sway. Some politics and favoritism but nothing that is unusual in a workplace.

    Advice to Management

Keep valuing staff and clients. Love the rebranding. Are you getting new space? Heard you were bursting at the seems.
