    Pros

High energy company culture (LV office, not yet visited CB), friendly coworkers, open access policy, customer AND employee oriented (you don't have to put up with verbal abuse), great benefits, flexible scheduling around doctors and such, room for progression!

    Cons

pretty repetitive at first until you get into more systems than just wallbox, sometimes tries to be more nostalgic than modern, a couple redundancies go unaddressed

    Advice to Management

continue accepting and working from employee feedback. upper management should visit remote offices more often

I have been working at Lutron full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I've been at Lutron for almost 5 years, and during that time have been constantly challenged to grow and tackle interesting problems inside and outside my area of expertise. As someone who abhors being bored, my summary of working here would be "if you're bored, you're doing it wrong." I've had a lot of fun here. A couple thoughts:

    - The people here are awesome thanks to a rigorous recruiting process
    - There are opportunities for you to rotate around and try many things
    - The place is a playground for engineers who want to build products
    - You will be given high levels of responsibility throughout your career

    Cons

Due to the strength/smarts of its people Lutron tends to run a lean organization and sets high expectations for its employees. The fast-paced culture is not for everyone.

    Advice to Management

Keep communicating overall goals and progress towards them!
