    Pros

A lot of opportunities to take part in different projects and try oneself in various roles. Quite good compensation. At some customers and projects work is really interesting and motivating.

    Cons

Depending on the exact customer and project, you have the risk of ending up in a body shop with little attention to people.

    Advice to Management

Diversify the business and avoid building a strong dependency upon a small number of big customers. Develop business locations where there is know one big customer.
