Pros
You will meet some interesting people at your window. I hope you have the pleasure of meeting at least one awesome coworker here. I met only a few fantastic ones, but...when dung would hit the fan...those select people were great to work with, they helped keep the place from crumbling, and they really helped keep our sanity in tact. Cheers to that. Fun times!
Cons
Management: The managers were always the ones hiding in the back & waiting for their pay checks, while the supervisors & the rest of the staff were the ones holding the place together. The good supervisors were always the ones to leave, searching for a workplace where they would be appreciated. Workplace culture: Be cautious around the toxic, two-faced people that love the gossip. If you don't "click" with sone of the employees there, it can become a hostile work environment for you. Certain cashiers will run to the "restroom" when it gets busy (coincidentally), and you may find yourself picking up a lot of the slack. Some employees will let out their stress & frustrations onto you, and then they'll go on several "smoke breaks" to relax (after making your shift miserable, of course). Hardest part of the job: Having to swiftly complete several tasks on your own, while your manager spends their time being counter-productive (on YouTube, speaking lowly about their own employees, gossiping, painting their nails, etc.). Because staff has been cut down, you will be expected to complete several things at once.

Pros
My favorite venue was the pool. I love my team because we worked well. Even if people didn’t always get along when it came down to team work, we got it done. There are some very good managers. I thoroughly enjoyed my time.
Cons
Pool staff is kinda on their own as far as managers. They don’t have offices outside . When there is a problem you have to wait or know how to readily alleviate a situation. I worked there long enough to know what is was allowed to do . Always have the managers cell phone so if they are around the casino they still get your call for manager stuff

Pros
Coworkers and managers are awesome
Cons
Upper management seems to want the property to fail. They overwork everyone with a shift; refuse to allow managers to call in on-call employees; oversell rooms by excessive amounts even during big event weekends; and I don't even know what the mess is over at housekeeping because that department seems to be falling apart.

Pros
20 days of vacation per year if approved
Cons
No team, poor environment, too much work, no life work balance, rude customers, non stop complaints. Water shutdowns daily, other co-workers were unprofessional to the max.
