    Paid less i guess and a little benefits.

    Advice to Management

    Take good care of their staffs, especially the instructors. Remember no good instructors, no good students :)

    best paying university in Batangas
    very structured yet teachers can practice academic freedom
    management systems in place

    Cons

    quality of most textbooks (most are plagiarised, copied from different sites)

    Advice to Management

    Implement a stricter policy for textbook review and analysis = have a separate office that will centralise and monitor the content of all textbooks
