      Incredibly flexible hours, given you make your own. Provides a great and interesting way to discover new part of your city.

      Pros

      -decent money -fun conversations with strangers -Have hubs where drivers can ask questions/chill out -flexible hours -great for side gig/students

      Cons

      -got rid of some incentives -you do get the occasional entitled passenger -you do have to subtract the cost of gas from your pay -there are certain hours that are pretty dead -no real guarantee you'll make the same amount day to day
