    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Lyft full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Flexible hours, not micro managed

    Cons

Not organized, on an island by yourself, no exposure to fellow peers in other markets, everything is segregated, everyone is only trying to make their numbers for their bonus instead of the companies image

I have been working at Lyft part-time

    Pros

Flexible hours, great office culture, fun atmosphere, awesome perks.

    Cons

I have not yet found a true con. Maybe the location of the downtown building. Parking can be tricky.

I have been working at Lyft full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Relaxed dress code, flexible hours, unlimited PTO, diverse colleagues, emphasis on working as a team, and mission driven

    Cons

Accelerating workload, few resources, poorly designed roles, intense personalities in management, and no 401k match

    Advice to Management

Growth is a double edged sword. The business is constantly changing, which can lead to confusion, a lack of resources, and an understaffed team. For the company to continue to keep up with it's lofty goals, teams need more entrepreneurial, independent thinkers, who can leave their ego at the door and work together to handle the faced paced nature of the work.
