    Pros

    - Nice office with all the bells and whistles - Good health benefits - Lyft credits/discount - Commuter benefits

    Cons

    - Leadership claims to be transparent but couldn’t be further from the truth - Lots of turnover - Not competitive with pay and raises are locked in to once per year (supposedly)

    Pros

Fun office environment (games and office mixers) Flexible schedules allowing you to come in anytime between 6:30am-10:00am and it is easy to request time off, even for extended periods of time Free snacks Nice co workers Health Insurance and 401k available Free gym on site Free parking

    Cons

Contract and it never seemed like going permanent was on the table Low pay (starts at $18/hr with $2 raise at 1 year mark) Very mundane work A lot of non transferable skills (ie: in-house tools, open-source mapping) No PTO All holidays are unpaid (optional to work extra hours to make up missed pay for holidays) No 401k matching No transit reimbursement Poor building management (be prepared for climate issues in the office)
