Pros
Flexible schedule that is Ali can think of,but you work to make money, not to give cheap ride for strangers
Cons
Not enough pay, you are basically driving for about $1 per mile. Out of 15 rides,I get one $1 tip. That's right. And prime time is rather tricky and confusing. This 'job' does not worth your time and wear and tear of your vehicle.

Pros
Own schedule and flexible. Great if you enjoy the opportunity for conversations.
Cons
The wear and tear on your vehicles. Just like anything it is a risk but if you manage well you will do well.

Pros
Flexible schedule (if you don't want to try for a bonus) and riders are a little higher quality than Uber.
Cons
With a larger vehicle, I am averaging $50 and 4-6 rides every 4-5 hours online. Chasing "hot" zones is a bit of a sick joke and the airport averages about an hour wait for a $15-20 fair. The app is very glitchy and seems to work in the favor of Lyft; disqualifying drivers from the bonus by saying "something went wrong" and then showing that a ride was not accepted. Apples to Apples over the last four weeks, I have been online 32 hours with Lyft and received 8 rides for a total of $150. I was on during peak times in the "hot" zones, but burned all my $ in fuel trying to get to good zones. All that effort resulted in one peak ride. I worked 38 hours online with Uber, received over 35 rides for over $700. I tried to make Lyft make sense and worked into the wee hours to try for the bonus, but it is very much a setup to fail scenario. Very disappointing experience.

Pros
Creating your own schedule is a huge plus with incentives to drive where drivers are needed.
Cons
The wear and tear on your car.

Pros
Working for Lyft allows you to have a flexible schedule and work when time permits.
Cons
There are times when there isn't enough ride requests to keep you busy. Because you are driving around to attempt to be in a location that has requests, you don't always make enough money to cover the cost of fuel

Pros
- It's great to build your own schedule and have the flexibility to work when you want. - Pay is great, however, you have to make sure you drive during busy periods. - Great conversations with random strangers!
Cons
- It's difficult to do this full-time as driving for 6+ hours/day can be straining. - Traffic can be brutal during certain parts of the day. Must be patient! - Wear and tear on your car is not ideal. Make sure you take it in for regular maintenance.

Pros
Set Your own schedule' Company is very fair and does look after their drivers and passengers.
Cons
More "Streak" Bonuses should be offered to allow for gasoline surge!
- Current Temporary Employee★★★★★
Pros
Able to set your own hours. Need to have a set schedule and stick to it on a daily basis to be successful. Also need to like people, able to handle tricky situations from passengers and treat it like a business tracking income/expenses for taxes.
Cons
If anyone complains, they will more than likely take the riders story over yours. You need to stand up for yourself and be blunt at times when dealing with customer support in a nice way.

Pros
Loved having my own schedule and working as much or as little as I chose. Great seeing areas of my own city and meeting people from all over.
Cons
Income varied greatly. Sometimes I'd make a few hundred dollars in a 5-6 hour day of driving. Other times I'd drive for 8 hours just to hit $150. Lots of wear and tear on your car.

Pros
Flexible Schedule and getting to meet new people each and everyday.
Cons
Pay does not match with miles driven. Poor communication with customer service.
