Company should listen more carefully to the needs of their employees. Focus on individuals who are high performers and take work seriously

Micromanage should really be something that should take place when needed. Individuals can get work done on their own

    Pros

Interesting, challenging consulting projects. Opportunity to take on additional responsibility if you are good at what you do and work hard.

    Cons

In the site development division, the company is at the mercy of the wireless carriers. Sometimes there are lots of site development projects in progress and things are very busy. Other times, there are layoffs because there aren't enough projects to support the current staff.

    Advice to Management

Lyle is one of the best players in the challenging and unpredictable business of wireless site development. However, being the best means figuring out a way to bring in sufficient projects in order to keep great people on the team..
