    Positive Outlook

I worked at Lyndon State College part-time

    Pros

The staff of the Academic Resource Center are easy to work with, the hours are flexible, and working with students is very rewarding.

    Cons

I was a student when tutoring so you need to be able to balance school work with tutoring, also sometimes students do not show for their scheduled time slot and do not let you know ahead of time

    Advice to Management

Continue to fund direct hire tutoring positions, they benefit everyone involved. The experience a tutor gains from these positions is priceless.
