Pretty Comfortable setting, work to life balance. Decent training

Management Seemed overworked, not really sure what he wanted at times. The company as a whole was pretty disorganized. There was a lot of backtracking and redoing work. The systems they utilized were somewhat outdated. They operate at 30+ offices as separate entities when it is all one company. There was a lot of stepping into the same candidates with different offices- gets pretty annoying for employees and candidates.

No PTO, holiday pay or vacation time. Was supposed to be offered health insurance after two months NOT two years! HR department is inept. Payroll department is a disaster.
