    I worked at Mölnlycke full-time

    Pros

good salary, ok bonus if you are "friends" with your manager, otherwise you will not reach your bonus "target"

    Cons

Horrible culture at management level. Managers concerned only about their political agenda and polishing their overblown ego. Huge staff turnover especially in IT. If you don't agree with management you will be bullied and will quit.

    Advice to Management

    Get over yourselves.

I worked at Mölnlycke full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Relatively flexible working policy for some roles, amazing products that really do make a difference. Some people are fun and helpful.

    Cons

Very low morale across the entire uk organisation. Constant restructuring or job roles changing with no compensation for doing so and taking on more responsibility. Difficult to progress upwards especially for those at lower roles, leading to massive loss of talent. Very little training or development given to help coach and mentor. Sales organisation are not valued or given the time to really understand and learn key campaigns. Targets are be all and end all. Perks are not equal and very individual.

    Advice to Management

Invest in your people, stop with the temps and value your sales team

I worked at Mölnlycke full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Company with an aggressive growth plan. Flexible remote work policy. Opportunity to take on a variety of challenges.

    Cons

Lack of follow-through with stated values and goals. Too slow to get rid of under-performing or obstructive employees. Reward for high performers is more work for the same pay, no plan for advancing or challenging people who are ready. Management not open to constructive discussion that challenges preconceptions.

    Advice to Management

I left because the new management structure could not offer me clear direction, opportunities for growth, or even respond to half of my questions. Fix those issues and you will attract and retain high performers. Respect means as much as money - when you make promises to employees, keep them.
