    Swiss hotel with lots of oppurtunities

    Cons will be only that there is shortage of staff.

    Pros

    Room to grow! Staff is very well appreciated by hotel management. Staff's input is asked frequently and very much appreciated.

    Cons

    Incentives can be improved for hotel staff. Reaching personal targets should more often be rewarded with Some kind of incentive.

    Advice to Management

    Offer more incentives to motivate staff even more

    Energetic Fitness Instructor and personal trainer with strong background in weight training, fitness, aerobics, weight management .Highly motivated to help others reach their health and fitness goals. Promotes activities land coping methods that transform unhealthy habits and fuel healthy minds and bodies.

    Cons

    Design each class to match the skills and learning levels of all participants.
    Prepare teaching area for each class and returned all equipment’s to storage at the end of the class.
    Track class attendance and monitor class size to gauge the effectiveness of promotions.
    Promote club programs, products, and services to participants.
    Record class numbers and conclusion of each class.
    Collaborate with club manager to introduce new fitness classes.
    Maintain peak physical condition to better serve and motivate clients
    Work with handful of clients directly to develop personal fitness goals
    Lead early morning motivational runs as a bonus to dedicate clients.

    The best reason is to learn how to deal with the guests. Providing and anticipating their needs in a standard way

    as i had experienced in this company, we encountered a lot of hard work, sacrifices because of lack of staff

    Pros

    My employement with Movenpick last for about 5 years and 9 months. And I would say Movenpick rewards hard work and dedication. Once you are very committed and dedicated with what you do any time there is time for reward employee are given the first recognition, be it promotion and/or employee of the month/year awards.

    Cons

    The gap between expatraites and local managers must be taken a proper looked since it turns out most local managers do almost the greater part of the work, they must be recognized for and be compensated as such

    this is five star and i invited to be a part of pre opening team. this is good opportunity for me and my career..

    Cons

    actually work in there is good but the thing not good is salary is not increase. and professionalism is less.

    must be check your employee why they going what is the reason. and why he/she go? and treat higher to lower employee same
