    Pros

Compensation and Per-diem is good. People are nice and friendly. Enjoyed annual meeting and winning money. Benefits and insurance is good.

    Cons

Everyone expects you know what you’re doing and how to do it immediately so very little help. Time away from family a lot, they don’t really care too much about you being away. A lot of hours on the job because personnel in certain positions do not know what they are doing.

    Advice to Management

Training is key to your company being successful. Some personnel in Management doesn’t need to be in management.
