- Former Intern, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
A solid team environment, people will have your back. A great place to intern/co-op if you need more experience. They do a good job of letting you grow independently as a builder but without letting you sink as well.
Cons
Location: Be prepared to go anywhere in the U.S. Not at all a con against them as an employer but if you’re looking to stay only in Alabama it’s not the company for you.
- Current Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Fun field work, lots of travel, easy
Cons
lack of mentorship, no young people, management had some temper problems
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
Great people in the field.
Cons
Management could improve on employee relations.
- Former Intern★★★★★
Pros

Cons
Working in estimating consisted of calling subcontractors all day instead of learning what went into taking off a job.
