    Pros

There are no pros to this company

    Cons

This company does not care a bout its people. I had personally degrade by one of the VPs of the company on a regular bases and have heard this VP and the President of the company yell, scream, and belittle people right in the open. If you try to go and submit a HR complaint they find a reason to fire you.

I worked at M&A Technology full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

When working in IT you pretty much work by yourself. You can't exchange opinions with others but at least no one is there to make your life harder.

    Cons

Long hour shifts mostly back to back.(12 h shifts). Most of the time replacement is late by up to 1h.
No possibility to advance and no raise. You have to negotiate well your salary and benefits when you get hired because this company doesn't do raise.NO raise in the last 10 years unless you are part of the management.

    Advice to Management

Invest some money in the building .The whole building is old with cracked ceiling and walls.I was afraid that it might fall on me all the time.
Also insulate the building .On summer time it gets close to 130F in the servers room.

I worked at M&A Technology full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Friendly coworkers and comradery, but there are very few other pros to working at this company. Please see cons below.

    Cons

No room for advancement, no raises, management is condescending and can be downright rude to employees. The building itself is very dated not maintained well, the roof often leaks. Employees are expected to report to work regardless of weather conditions or personal family matters.

    Advice to Management

Please value your employees more, they are your most valuable asset.

I have been working at M&A Technology full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

They will usually pay you on time as long as signing a check isn't involved in the process of you getting paid.

    Cons

Very high stress, no room for advancement, no raises or bonuses of any kind, no feeling of appreciation or value, everyone is replaceable. As a result there is high turnover among employees. Facilities are below average, the building roof leaks and is poorly maintained overall.

    Advice to Management

Value your current employees, it costs you time and money to constantly hire new staff and train them, you should invest those resources into your existing workforce.
